A flat rate fee of $100 includes everything: labor, new parts (DC JACK), and shipping back to you via UPS We guarantee the quality of our work by a lifetime warranty, if you break your DC jack ever again we will replace it at no extra charge. Your laptop will be repaired and shipped back to you within 24 hours after we receive your laptop.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Any rules we should be aware of? Yes, the first one is if you don't include your AC adapter with the laptop you don't get any warranty or support from us. Second rule is badly packaged laptops will be sent back to the owner without being worked on. Make sure to wrap your laptop in at least 2 inches of bubble wrap, and put it into the box with plenty of cushion or fluffy stuff. Please note: free boxes provided by United States Postal Service provide inadequate protection for your laptop.
Turn around times? All laptops received by Fedex, or US Postal Service are fixed and sent back the same day as we receive your laptop. Because UPS delivers packages late in the day, all laptops received by UPS are out of here the next day. We provide the fastest turn around time in the industry, there isn't a company out there that can match us.

Our company and our clients receive many laptops with screens / monitors damaged during the shipment. Bad packaging is the ONLY reason why that happens. It does not matter if it breaks on the way to us or on the way back to you. We use your packaging and your packaging material to ship the laptop back. Please don't complain if you get a laptop back with a broken or non working screen because you haven't provided enough packaging. Flat rate boxes provided by USPS are the number one reason why the screen gets broken. Please use a plnety of bubble around your laptop. No bubble wrap or not enough bubble wrap means a broken screen. Please do not put AC power adapter / power brick on top of the screen when shipping the laptop to us, put the power adapter to the side of the laptop. The point is please package your laptop VERY WELL.
Payments? We prefer it if you would pay by Check (enclosed with the laptop). It is easier for us to refund money if we would be unable to make your laptop work (we would just put the check back into the box with the laptop). Don't worry we will not wait for check to clear. Another reason why we prefer a check is that there is always a return address on the check, if the return address is different make sure to write a separate note for that. If you don't have a checkbook then you can pay by credit card through Google checkout once the laptop has been repaired. Walk in clients who bring their laptop over to us please note we will only accept cash as payments upon completion of the job, there is never any charge if the laptop isn't working properly after the repair is done. The only acceptable payment for walk in clients is cash after the repair is complete. We no longer accept checks from clients in Brooklyn and Bronx NY please make a money order if you live in the cities mentioned above.
